This sealant is used to seal drinking water pipes and conforms to the national requirements for mildew resistance. It is a one-part kit which makes it very easy to use compared to many products that need to be mixed beforehand. It has high elasticity, and low modulus and is recommended for use in applications with high durability and good weather resistance. 1. Minimum application temperature: 5℃.
2. It shall be dispelled from the said cartridge or the sausage by a caulking gun. Open the top of the cartridge and puncture the membrane then fit the nozzle.
3. The nozzle is next cut to the needed angle and bead size. Fill the cartridge into an applicator gun and trigger it.
4. A barrel gun is essential in reformed sausages, cut the end of the sausage and put it in the barrel gun.
5. Thread on the end cap and nozzle to the barrel gun. To activate the sealant, when the trigger is pulled on the piston, to inactivate depress use the catch plate.
