Kastar 762 High Temperature RTV Neutral Silicone Sealant is a professional motor high-temperature sealing material, that can maintain good performance even in a harsh work environment for a long time, and temperature can reach up to 300°C. Its non-acid curing form prevents it from attacking and etching metals, plastics, or other usual supporting surfaces.

Kastar 762 High-Temperature RTV Neutral Silicone Sealant is an industrial high-temperature sealing with the capability to give a long-lasting performance in high working environments of up to 300°C. The fact that it cures to a neutral color makes it safe for use on metals, plastics, and other common base materials without corroding them. When it cures, it provides an excellent elastomeric skin seal and offers superior heat, oil, and chemical-resistant working characteristics. Kastar 762 is perfect for gasket replacement as it has a high cohesive force and can serve mechanical equipment, diesel engine parts, automobiles, and industrial pipes for an extended duration of the sealing operation. This product should be stored in a cool and dry place and should be sealed for a maximum of 12 months.
- Excellent high-temperature resistance: It is rather resistant to steady heat and does not undergo changes in the temperature range between -50C and 300C, and with the help of special additives, it can easily bear 350C for some time.
- Neutral curing: This doesn’t attack metals and other delicate materials, and it is compatible with different substrates.
- Excellent oil resistance: Very resistant to regular industrial fluids including motor oil and oils used in the lubricating system.
- Strong sealing: After curing, it becomes a high-pressure resisting and leakage-proof elastic sealing layer. The sealing made of reinforced epoxy resin is high-pressure resistant and airtight, which enables it to serve as the necessary sealing layer.
