KASTAR MS Polymer Hybrid Sealant – Barrel Packing
KASTAR MS Polymer Hybrid Sealant is an innovation of both KASTAR high-performance polyurethane and silicone sealant. These technologies produce a composite sealant that has the performance characteristics of the polyurethane sealant in terms of its hardness and its paintability, but together with the excellent weathering and UV stability of a silicone sealant.

KASTAR MS Polymer Hybrid Sealant is also a unique formulation that combines our polyurethane and silicone sealant systems. These technologies produce a polyurethane-based sealant that possesses both high specific and mechanical performance akin to a polyurethane sealant and the weathering and UV protection of a silicone sealant.
The hybrid sealant is a grade of sealant known as all-weather adhesive sealant replacing elastomeric AST polymer. Can give very good adhesion and also can offer great strength even if a primer is not added. On the MS sealant surface, there is no finding discoloration and no crack line. It does not include solvent, silicone, or isocyanate, it has Very Low VOC content, No bubble formation, and doesn’t swell in wet and humid conditions, it blends the qualities of Both silicone and polyurethane which makes it ideal for use on Several types of substrates including aluminum, granite ceramics, marble, porcelain, metals, PVC, glass, wood, porous substrates (concrete, brick, limestone, etc.)
MS Polymer Sealant & Adhesive, no solvent, silicone or isocyanate present, extremely low VOC content, no bubble formation even when applied on wet and humid surfaces, very good UV stability it is over-paintable with water-base paints, no shrinking effect, does not cause oil stain on the panel and porous material, Nonsag, very easy to apply, no tacky surface.
