KASTAR 971 Multi-Seal Universal Sealant
Multi-Seal is a one-part all-weather adhesive sealant, non-sag type, general-purpose sealant based on AST polymer. This has the properties of silicone and polyurethane which make it suitable for a range of surfaces including aluminum, granite, ceramics, marble, porcelain, metals, PVC, glass, wood, and porous surfaces such as concrete, bricks, and limestone.

Tack free time: 10-20 min (23°C and %50 R.H.)
Curing rate: >3.5mm/ 24 hr (23°Cand %50 R.H.)
Hardness Shore A: About 40 – 50
Elongation at break: ≥300%
Multi-Seal is a general-purpose, all-weather adhesive sealant with AST polymer as the polymer base on the universal grade. This sealant has dual abilities of both silicone and polyurethane sealants and this positions it well at handling a variety of substrates such as the following ones: Aluminum, Granite, ceramics, marble, porcelains, metals, PVC Glass, wood, porous surfaces of Concrete, bricks, limestone among others.
No solvent, Silicone, or Isocyanate, very high solids, low VOC, No bubble formation, even at damp surfaces, Good UV stability Can be over-painted with water-borne paint, Does not shrink, Will not cause oil stains on the panel and porous substrates Nonsag, easily spreadable No surface tackiness.
